All Applicants should have the following documents in hand prior to filling out this form:

– Recommendation Letters from 2 Current CYBA members

– Names and contact information of 3 CA’s you have recently booked with

– Proof of 2 Recognized Boat Show attendance (see list on Requirement to Join page) Proof being either copies of boat show badges or letters from each show organizer

– Letter of Introduction on your company letterhead

– Copy of Business license

Membership renewal is required annually. Failure to renew for two consecutive years will necessitate reapplying with all relevant documents and a $40 application fee.

It will be circulated to all members of the Membership Committee along with your application.
