GREAT NEWS! A Settlement Was Reached Between My Client and The Owners of RUMBA With The Help of Paradise Yacht ManagementDear Members and Partners, As promised, I am happy announce that Paradise Yacht Management, the Owner of the yacht RUMBA, and my Client have reached a settlement that satisfies all parties. I want to thank all the CYBA Members and Partners for your support. I also want to apologies to CYBA Members and Partners that I may have upset for using our Message Board to air my client’s grievances. I can understand why some CYBA Members and Partners felt that my use of the message board stepped over the line. I will not be doing that again; our message board was not created to be used in such a manner. I’ve heard from a number of brokers that have had differences with Paradise Yacht Management, as I did. Here’s how I plan to go forward. There are a great number of hard working people at Paradise Yacht Management, and it would be ridiculous to not acknowledge that. Our industry is a niche industry, so I wholeheartedly believe we all need to work together no matter what our differences.
