It is my understanding that a legal signature must be a “human person” not a company. This should be in regards to all parties involved – The Charterer, Broker, Owner, & Stakeholder. Signatures should represent a person, and the “For and on Behalf of” line of CYBA contract would represent the Company.
Question – “Can a company name be on the Signature line of the CYBA charter agreement instead of an actual person / company representative name?”
