Answer for COMMISSIONS

 1. Blue Water 
Retail Charter Broker Commission Structure, effective from 1 January 2020:
15% commission for MYBA corporate members, CYBA active members and AYCA members
10% commission for all other brokers
For any charters where the Charterer has previously chartered the yacht through the same Broker, the original commission percentage will be honoured.
2. IYC 
(a) 15% commission paid to companies with a minimum of 15 Central Agency yachts listed on Yachtfolio
(b) 12% commission paid to MYBA, AYCA, CYBA corporate members without the minimum fleet requirement with subscriptions to Yachtfolio and the MYBA e-contract
(c) 10% commission paid to any bona fide, practicing and independent yacht charter brokers who do not meet the criteria in a) and b) above.
(d) Up to 5% referral commission shall be to any company or individual who does not meet the criteria in a), b) or c) above.
 
3. Burgees 
15% commission: Companies with a charter central agency fleet of 15 or more yachts over 30m in length
12% commission: MYBA corporate members
10% commission: Non-MYBA members with MYBA e-contract access
